By accessing and using the services provided by Pixlabo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Pixlabo and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Once a project is fully paid for, ownership of the final digital product is transferred to the client, while Pixlabo retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio.

3. User Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary assets (content, logos, etc.) for project completion. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline adjustments and additional costs.

4. Payment Terms

Project payments are typically structured in milestones. A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any work. Final delivery of files or website launch will only occur once the final balance has been settled in full.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pixlabo will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services. We strive for perfection, but do not warrant that our services will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
