Refund Policy

1. General Overview

At Pixlabo, we strive to provide high-quality digital services, including website development, app development, and digital marketing. Due to the nature of digital products and services which involve significant research, planning, and human labor, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our agency.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their project at any time. However, cancellations made after the project has officially commenced (post-discovery phase) will be subject to a cancellation fee representing the work completed up to that point.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: If a refund is requested within 24 hours of payment and no work has been initiated.
  • Partial Refund: If the project is in the initial design or wireframing stage, a refund may be issued minus the cost of work performed.
  • No Refund: Once the development phase has begun or the final designs have been approved, no refunds will be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations and transfers.
  • Third-party software licenses or hosting fees already purchased.
  • Work performed during emergency support or maintenance calls.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact your project manager or email us at info@pixlabo.com with your project details and the reason for the request. We will review your case and respond within 5-7 business days.
