FAQ

01How is branding different from marketing?
Branding is who you are — your identity, values, voice and visual language. Marketing is how you communicate that to attract customers. Branding is long-term and strategic; marketing is ongoing and tactical. You need both.
02We already have a logo — do we need a full brand identity?
A logo is one element. True brand identity includes colour systems, typography, imagery style, voice and the rules that hold it all together. If your communication feels inconsistent or generic, that is a brand identity gap, not a logo problem.
03How do you measure marketing success?
We agree KPIs at the start — follower growth, engagement rate, traffic, leads, revenue. We report monthly with raw data attached, and we adjust the strategy based on what the data says, not what felt right in the kickoff.
04Can you handle branding and marketing for a new startup?
Absolutely — and we love it. Building from scratch is one of the most exciting engagements we take on. We get the foundation right so you are not rebuilding it two years later.
